In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "no77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the no77 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the website at no77.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the no77 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the no77 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services made available at no77.net.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the no77 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) into their no77 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by no77 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

To register and use the no77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are registering and using the Platform as a private individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from no77 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of no77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling or sports betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

no77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on the no77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. no77 shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. no77 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any bets placed or transactions made from your Account are your responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact no77 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function. no77 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any unauthorised access report.

no77 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

All financial transactions on the no77 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). no77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency options.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. no77 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered Account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Until verification is complete, no77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing. Withdrawal amounts will be returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are communicated during the withdrawal request process.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are outlined in the no77 help section. no77 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments.

• Players must not use the Platform as a payment processing mechanism. Depositing funds without genuine gaming intent is prohibited.
• no77 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request regardless of Account status.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• no77 shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator.

no77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus terms applicable across all no77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

no77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, the Player's Account may be suspended and all associated balances forfeited, regardless of whether the abuse was intentional.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the no77 Platform are subject to the specific rules for each game or betting market. These rules are made available within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms.

All betting and gaming outcomes on no77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games or by real-world sporting events for sportsbook markets. no77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific game rules explicitly permit it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or betting event, no77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds.
• no77 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts for any Player or betting market at any time.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered, no77's sporting rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over.
• Cricket betting markets on no77 — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no77 Platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Real Money Balances and Bonus Funds, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on no77.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the no77 Platform.
• Abusing promotional offers or attempting to circumvent bonus terms through systematic or coordinated play strategies designed to extract value without genuine gaming risk.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location, particularly where doing so would circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the no77 Platform — including but not limited to the no77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of no77 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the no77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the no77 Platform without prior written consent from no77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any no77 Platform content.
• Use any no77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorised by no77.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the no77 Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of no77's intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their applicable terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and constitute the nature of the service provided.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any individual game or service, whether caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond no77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game information, odds, or other Platform content, subject to no77's obligations to rectify material errors in a timely manner.
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform.

no77's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by no77's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

no77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all no77 Players at any time through their Account settings or by contacting the 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your no77 Account.

Where no77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. Winnings generated during any period in which a Player has misrepresented their age will be forfeited.

no77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity detected on or associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by no77.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from the Player's payment provider.
• Suspected involvement in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• Where no77 is required to close the Account by applicable law, regulatory direction, or licensing obligation.

Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, no77 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds remaining in the Account, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an Account is closed at no77's discretion for non-breach reasons, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact the 24/7 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player after standard withdrawal processing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which no77 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction made thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's country of residence require otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or Account matter, Players should contact no77 support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat function. no77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the Player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by no77's licensing authority.

For the avoidance of doubt, the decision of no77 with respect to the interpretation of these Terms, game rules, and bet settlement shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures described above.
